Given its name for the wide variety of events held there, Festival Plaza is a large, open space located on the eastern side of Colbagne. It has been renovated within the past few decades to include decorative stones and glass that create a swirling flower pattern if viewed from above. It has become a great gathering spot when events are not being held, and a few snack vendors have set up shop on the edges of the plaza.
