There's more to the Guild than just exploring and rescuing other Pokemon!
Administration jobs include receptionists, chefs, cleaning services, security, and the most important of all: the Guild Master's Secretary!
While the any of the above can be created, this want ad is specifically for the secretary because Lavender is, without a doubt, terrible at keeping track of time. He gets lost in his work, and someone needs to remind him that he's having tea with some noble at 2pm, is meeting with a supplier at 4pm, etc. Lavender would never remember to go to any of his appointments without this very special Pokemon.
Likely, they have been with the Guild for at least ten years. Whether they started out doing the usual dungeon diving is up to you, but they need to have been promoted to administration preferably a little before Lavender became Guild Master.
They'll have their hands full, but they'll likely be the closest friend Lavender has in the guild. Think the dynamic between Chatot and Wigglytuff in Explorers of Time & Darkness!
Doesn't matter the species, likely 25+ years old, and should be good at dealing with adult children Lavender.
