This wasn't a competition, but he must meet the standard, the lofty expectations his father and forefathers had set for him. And so from the moment he could stand on his stubby legs and lift a cup with his psychic power, he had to learn the grace and poise and strict discipline of being a servant.[break][break]
But Lynn thought to be the protagonist to his own story...wasn't he? They called him deluded, utterly disgraceful. It was a book that did it. Books were dangerous, dangerous things for a butler (except if it was a recipe one). He couldn't stop at one, though. There was simply too much of the world that he didn't know; one that existed beyond the castle walls.[break][break]
He would not be the "best" like his father said, but he would be "better".[break][break]
Lynn looks like any other Indeedee, though he constantly keeps himself well-groomed since that is a part of his upbringing. He almost always has glasses that are specifically made for him--this is so because the metal frame fits on his horns. He mainly needs it for reading, and so the glasses can be pushed up to rest on his head when not needed. To remove it, however, requires his psychic ability or someone's help, for his arms can't really touch the tip of his horns.[break][break]
If he finds any opportunity to mention that he's the Second Historian, he'll do it. Don't test him.
