Caverns and Tombs [OPEN]

[attr="class","dibody3"]There was something strangely exhilarating about this whole isekai situation, that much Touya could say for certain. Exhilarating in a good and bad way, he supposed? Somewhere new, but it didn't look like there were any means of reviving if he messed up unlike other animated shows, so he would still have to be careful. Still, being in this new form, he had definitely been practicing its limitations: namely running, jumping, and throwing some punches for good measure. He found that Riolus were quite nimble and he could somehow thrust his fist into the air faster than he ever could in his human form. If he focused, he was pretty sure he saw hints of some kind of aura coming from it too. How exciting!

One thing that he wasn't taking much note of was time, and even if he did start to feel rather tired, he didn't realize how late into the evening it was. All he knew was that it was dark, though there were still some Pokemon roaming about. He hadn't memorized the city yet, for it was very large and certainly was not as direct as games usually were. Basically, pretty much like a real city.

He blinked, noticing that his thoughts were quickly running in circles. Perhaps it was time to head back to the guild...

That was until something in his bag started to shine brightly, and when he managed to grab it from his bag with his small paw, it flashed a message in an alphabet he couldn't read, but it did happen to show a map of sorts. Hey, this was pretty close by, wasn't it? Was it perhaps a quest?!

Well, he certainly did not expect to be assigned one so early, but he'd take it! The Riolu immediately ran towards the direction of the signal, and in a couple of minutes found himself in a rather dismal place, though it looked like he wasn't alone. Somehow, his gut (or some kind of sixth sense) was telling him that there were other Pokemon flocking by...perhaps other guild members who were alerted by their badge? Whatever the case, Touya decided he wanted in, and so entered the cemetery without much thought of what dangers could be lurking inside.

The signal ended in a large building in the center of it. The Pokemon that were buried in there must be of some importance, the pup thought. Slipping the badge back into his bag, he briskly walked in, slowing down in pace as he went inside.

Shit, it was dark in here. And wait, why did the badge bring him here? Was there someone else here? His brain racked for a potential answer. Someone trespassing perhaps? "Hey, uh, police! Or whatever the equivalent is in this world, I dunno." he wished he had a gun; this felt like a very 'hand in gun while scouring the room' moment right now.
