on some days, like today, the moon sounds like an awfully romantic place. in his mind’s eye it is dressed up in wreaths of white flowers, overgrown with fields of martian lilies and green grasses lit softly by the distant rays of the sun, every strand poised in perfect stillness (only the afternoons would pass differently there, wouldn’t they?).
