As a Charmeleon, Fulton is a bit of a standout.

His color is normal at least when looked at through the lens of a 'shiny', orange-gold, with a bit of 'freckling' of the scales under his eyes where the color tries to darken back to normal. In shape, though, he can be likened more to a Charmander in that he's rounded, still baby-chubby, and just plain a little bit chubby from taste-testing all the treats he helps bake. Though when he moves, there is the promise of muscle beneath his scales from all the time he spends 'training'.

More often than not, he can be found wearing a baker's apron.

Fulton is... well, he's very much the kid he looks to be.

He's high pitched, high energy, and high maintenance. If he's let out of sight, or too quiet for too long, he's bound to be into trouble. If it's too quiet, there's bound to be an abrupt, sudden BANG or CRASH, followed by a curse or "I'm okay!" or "ARLEYY!" (He has a nasty habit of passing the buck off to his brother Arley, you should know.) (Yeah it's usually him) (Or both of them)

But don't be fooled. He's the first at your back, the first in the fight. Fulton loves you, he loves everyone. Unless he hurts you, then he hates them, because You are his Friend, and no one hurts his Friends. His friends are his family, and by Arceus will he protect them. And their friends. And any wild Pokemon he encounters.
