 Jupiter had learned many useful things on his travels. He had learned how to navigate using the stars though he couldn't name a single constellation. He knew which plants were good to eat and which would give him a tummy ache or worse - though it had taken him a bit of trial and error to get that far.
But most importantly, Jupiter knew that food always tasted better when he didn't have to pay for it.
That was never more true then after a long winter of cold and hunger. There had been times when Jupiter had thought he would never... well, it didn't matter now. There was nothing of use to him in those memories.
Jupiter turned a corner at such a speed that his paws slid against the earth. He leapt for the top of the fence and hooked his paws over it before hauling the rest of his body after. He scurried along it with the practiced ease of an experienced thief.
He held his head high so as to avoid dropping the wrapped sandwich hanging from his jaws. It had gotten smashed during his jump but Jupiter was hardly precious enough to turn his nose up at a perfectly good sandwich just because of the way it looked!
Another leap and he found himself on the roof of a small house. More of a hut, really. The nickit settled down with his sandwich on his paws and began to impatiently nudge the cloth apart.
Oh! Egg! His favorite! It was as if they'd known Jupiter was going to steal their lunch! How delightfully considerate of them!
Now he was faced by the dilemma of how to eat a sandwich with no hands. Eventually, he settled for pinning it down with one paw and taking big bites out of it. It was awkward and messy much like Jupiter himself.

A male Super fluffy long bearded dark tanned brown colored fur meowth carried a packaged box wrapped with a small red little ribbon prepped for delivery to the flower shop, all the pretty flowers on the delivery request list. Yes, he loved to steal, yes he loved getting into lots of trouble. However, he loved the flower shop, picking flowers, and getting the small shiny payment the Shop person offered to him. So singing so happily he skipped happily clinging to the box so not to ruin the flowers. "♫♪♪ High in Making, Just to Say I like Skipping. All Working tip-toing just can't stop. Slipping all in hope of seeing a flowey... Maley? Toely? ♫ " He couldn't find the right lyrics losing the sing-song happy deep voice. Mumbling lowly trying to find the lyrics, in this small moment of distraction he'd smelled it.. Past all those bluebonnets, scent of young roses, it was there. EGG.... Delicious Wondrous EGG.
His mouth began to drool, swallowing it forcibly, his attention focused on the egg. Began walking toward it without even realizing his direction of delivery had changed. Mouth singing a new song, "♩♩ Walking just By, taking Scent of You My eggy. ♬ Delicious yellow liquid Yellow. Slip-slippery. Can't Run from you... ♪♪♩" Then a turned of corner, was the egg chunks on the ground. An orange-red blur, holding a SANDWICH! up against the grass much like a prey trapped under paw. The drool increased as his Yellow eyes widened "♬ You've been Found.. ♪♪ Now you Can't run! " His pace increase, right paw going to grab specifically at that gooey yellow-white fluid of delectable delights. His attention so tunnel-visioned, he didn't at all cared about the other pokemon. The package, noticeably leaning in his hands, if he wasn't careful it'd easily fall to the ground.

Jupiter's ears turned to catch the voice on the wind. It's not the sort of music that one might hear in a theater hall or at a fancy part but that just fills him with a sudden rush of fondness for whoever is singing. Music was much more lovely when it wasn't forced into some semblance of domestication.
Warm golden eyes flickered from the sandwich to the approaching meowth. Eventually, he decided that it would serve him better to watch the interloper rather than his lunch. No fox worth his tail would disregard a potential threat.
The warm sentiment in his belly swiftly drained away as he realized that the stranger was coming towards him. He found himself torn between fight and flight and his eyes quickly darted between the sandwich and the meowth.
When would he next have a meal? Could he afford to surrender this?
Jupiter's lips peeled back to reveal the cruel white expanse of his teeth. It was not a gesture that came naturally to him but rather something he had learned from watching the bigger Pokemon and the intricate social rituals they constructed. The fur along his shoulders and spine began to rise and he even arched himself in a cat-like manner, his paws close together and a growl rattling from his chest.
If that wasn't enough to ward away the thief, well...
His paw shot out with full intent of bopping the meowth on the hand. He followed up with several more jabs, intent on driving away this fiend.

Thump! A sudden impact from above slammed right into his hand, Ouch! He looked up shock written all over his face, as the thing that attacked him was a white tooth snarling Orange-red Cat. He tilted his head baffled what this had to do with the Yummy egg, fingers slipping along the sandwich before completely pulling away. Hand rubbing hand as he comforted his paw, eyes slowly watering, face contorting very slowly from the pain. As if it just dawned on him, ouch.. This should hurt...
The volume of silence whimpering slowly grew, to soon full-on crying out loud. "WHY Did you do that! It Huurts!" Before eyes sliding back over to the sandwich, nice lovely sandwich now covered in crunchy yummy sand. Why, the sandwich was just beginning to be eaten he could almost hear the chorus of Eat me.. Eat my Yummy yellow substance of Sweet Personal desires... more more.. slather your tongue all over... just.. come.. Wonderful Gale.. Come, love us.. love out taste.
The drool of desire began overflowing into his giant fluffy pelt beard, it.. Must. Be his.. The short stubby hands forgot all about the package he was carrying.. Reaching out for the sandwich, THUMP.. Went the package to the ground. Still, he did not hesitate to attack the sandwich once more, only thoughts was Sweet Blissful Egginess of food. Why even as his thought of that glorious taste, his stomach began to create a Loud rumble much-like the Earth as Palkia steps upon it. Should the creature strike again, he'd command the creature to give it to him ina whinny child-like manner. |
